Caveat lector.- The paradoxical thing about pointing-out style meditation teaching is that you can't really explain the instructions when they're unclear. The instructions are simple. Any explanation would have to be more complicated. It would be conceptual. It would be more than someone could hold in their mind at once. So it would ultimately be counter-productive. All you can do is repeat the instruction and say, "it's really that simple".
